Casey began his staffing career in 1994, starting as a Staffing Professional. In 1997, he took over the daily operations of American StaffCorp and started to develop the core team. He also set up new ways to streamline our business and implement new growth strategies. And, has also developed long-lasting relationships with clients, employees and suppliers. Casey is quite proud of the American StaffCorp experienced, dedicated, and high tenured team.
Desseray Burton
Manufacturing/Industrial Staffing Manager
Desseray joined American StaffCorp in April 2010. Her team focuses on client partnerships in a variety of sectors like Oil and Gas, Aerospace, Logistics/Distribution, and Manufacturing. Her expertise in placing top talent in temp-to-hire and direct hire roles has translated into high service levels with our clients.
Sonia Moser
Clerical/Professional Staffing Manger
Sonia joined the American StaffCorp team in August 2001, beginning her journey at the Front Office Admin, where she skillfully assisted individuals in their job search. Her dedication and talent led her to become Staffing Manager for the Clerical and Professional Division in 2012. Sonia's passion lies in fostering meaningful relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service from American StaffCorp.
Cathy Maly

Cathy joined American StaffCorp in 1999, learning the ropes as the Front Office Admin. She has been part of the Manufacturing/Industrial team during her tenure as Staffing Manger starting in 2008. Her focus has broadened to include not only the manufacturing sector, but the professional sector as well. She works diligently to source quality professional and manufacturing candidates in the Tulsa area as well as Texas and other nationwide accounts.
Judy Treat

Judy began with American StaffCorp in 2010 as a Staffing Professional, specializing in Energy related manufacturing companies, including Gas Compression, Air Coolers and other ASME related equipment. As a Recruiter, her goal is to help my clients to partner with them in finding skilled candidates to fit their positions. Judy has always strived to build business relationships with the client and the employee and that is what drives her and really where my compassion as a recruiter lies.
Julie Roberson

Julie started her staffing career in 2002 and then became a vital team member of American StaffCorp in 2021 as a Staffing Professional. Julie’s role is recruiting and sourcing talent for our Tulsa and Claremore locations. She also focuses on developing long-term relationships with customers in the Manufacturing/Distribution and Office/Professional fields. Julie was the previous owner of a private staffing firm for several years and continues to enhance her partnerships and network.

Shannon joined American StaffCorp in June 2018 as an On-Site manager, specializing in Clerical and Customer Service staffing. With a strong focus on teamwork and client relationships, Shannon has excelled in successfully interacting with both employees and clients to ensure effective staffing solutions. Her passion lies in matching the right person with the right job, making a significant impact on both employee satisfaction and client success. Shannon’s dedication to her role and her expertise in managing diverse staffing needs have contributed to the continued growth and success of the company.

Bella Ibarra

Joined ASC team September 2022 as Staffing Support Admin. Being bilingual and having 6 years of experience in the Manufacturing and Industrial fields, she assists the Tulsa team with seeking and placing talent. Also support the front desk to provide great customer service to our clients and employees.
Sandra Bell
Office Administration
Sandra has 40 years of administrative duties and responsibilities. Her responsibilities include managing the front office at Tulsa headquarters and handling our healthcare plan and other benefits. She started with American StaffCorp in 2015.
Ray Roberson
Regional Director
Ray started his staffing career in 1991 and joined American StaffCorp 2018. Ray’s primary role is Business Development and managing our branch locations. Generating partnerships with our clients including Manufacturing/Distribution and Office/Professional businesses. Previously, Ray has been an owner of a private staffing company and has developed many client relationships throughout his career.
Christy Wylie

Christy has been in the staffing industry since 2005 and joined the American StaffCorp team in Claremore in 2018 as a Staffing Professional. In 2023 she was promoted to Staffing Manager overseeing the operations in Claremore. Christy has a strong focus on the relationships between her clients and the candidates she works with. She is highly involved in the Claremore community and is passionate about helping people succeed and will go the extra mile for you.
Kellie Huffman

Kellie joined the American StaffCorp family in August of 2023. She has a background working in Industrial and Manufacturing positions in the Claremore branch. She feels this experience helps her to understand what companies and employees want in their working relationships and looks forward to many more years of helping bring those relationships together.
Mac McMillan

Mac has been with ASC since 2023. His main function is Business Development for Northeast Oklahoma, generating partnerships in the Industrial/Manufacturing/Office/Professional level roles. I take pride in having worked in multiple fields from construction, inspections, mortgage banking, real estate, and owning multiple businesses in separate fields of expertise. Building relationships with companies and helping them achieve their goals of hiring and retaining great candidates is my goal.
Ron Phelps

Ron has been with ASC since 2019 as a On-Site Manager. His primary role is managing our employees assigned to a local client. He has brought many years of business and managerial experience to ASC. Ron works well with our client’s management team and takes pride in seeing that our employees achieve successes while on their assignments.

She has 6+ years of recruiting experience, from Warehouse/Distribution, Office/Clerical to Skilled Manufacturing positions. Her passion to assist job seekers and companies looking for the right fit started in 2012 while working at the Missouri Job Center helping job seekers with their resumes and matching their skills to the companies that were needing qualified workers.

Kim Rudy began her journey with ASC in Oklahoma City as their Front Office Admin in 2014, eventually transitioning to Staffing Professional, taking on multiple clients and assisting them with their staffing needs. After a short hiatus and moving back to Missouri, Kim rejoined the team in 2023 as an On-Site Staffing Manager at a very busy client in Republic, MO.
